Water, seawater, inulin, calcium carbonate, mix of Kluyveromyces marxianus and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

The sachets consist of a solid part and a liquid part separated by a self-breaking membrane. Squeeze the liquid part until the membrane breaks and the solid part mixes with the liquid part. Shake for a few seconds to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Tear off the tab and drink directly.

Due to its inulin content, excessive consumption may cause intestinal disorders. Avoid consumption in combination with medication or other fiber supplements.
