Commercial Advisor Gemmotherapy – Flanders (M/F/X)

Alphagem International SA, a leading company in scientifically based gemmotherapy, is looking for a new colleague to strengthen its commercial team in Flanders. You will be joining a people-oriented company where quality, knowledge and cooperation are key.
Your role
As a Commercial Advisor in Gemmotherapy, you are the link between Alphagem and its customers:
- You actively seek out new customers and build lasting relationships
- You maintain and strengthen the existing customer base
- You monitor market developments and respond to new opportunities
- You advise customers and propose tailor-made solutions and quotations
- You ensure the correct follow-up and relaunch of quotations
- You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of your customers
- You work closely with colleagues from other departments
- You will help proofread brochures and communication materials for customers
- You have the desire to grow and actively pass on your knowledge of gemmotherapy to customers through basic training courses
You recognise yourself in this profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in commerce
- You are interested in phytotherapy; knowledge of gemmotherapy is a strong asset
- You work accurately, are organised and committed
- You are proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- You enjoy teamwork and get energy from customer contact
